Oven Broiled Twin 4oz Lobster Tails with honey garlic white wine butter sauce steamed herb new potatoes and parsley carrots

Crème Catalana with Rousquille Cookies-A light custard flavored with citrus and cinnamon finished with a caramelized sugar crust and served with delicate Spanish shortbread cookies

Galette des Rois- “Three Kings Cake”—a traditional French New Years dessert with flaky puff pastry filled with a decadent filling and served with a mixed berry compote

Tart aux Noisette-A crust of chocolate crumbs and toasted hazelnut, filled with rich chocolate filling and topped with toasted hazelnuts
